Terms of Service
⏵ General Terms
• I may refuse any project/commission request.• The design process as well as the final work may be used on my social media/portfolio or streamed. If you do not agree/want it to be disclosed, notify in advance.• I must be credited (@KollenDesign) wherever possible.• If the client fails to respond for a period longer than 14 days, without previous warning, the commission will be considered completed without need of refunds or further work.
⏵ Creative Process
• The commissioner must send references and ideas of what they want me to do. Ex.: Images or sketches of the style they want.• I’ll make 2 - 4 drafts for you to choose, and after you pick one, I’ll start with the revisions on the chosen draft.• Revisions are free of charge, as long as they are not complex.• After design approval, additional changes may incur added fees.
⏵ Delivery Time
• The estimated time to finish the commission is 1 - 6 Weeks depending on the queue and complexity of the commission.• If the commissioner is in rush, please notify in advance and set a deadline. Rush fee is +80% of the commission.
⏵Payment & Refund Policy
• Project will only start after payment is done.• Commissions are non-refundable after payment unless the designer decides to cancel the commission.
⏵ License
• The client can use the final result as he wish if it’s not merchandise.• Commercial license for any type of merch is +50% of the commission price.
⏵ Final Note
• I like to finish the commission only when the commissioners are happy with the result! I'll try my best to make it perfect.• If you have any question, you can always DM me on twitter! I may take some time to reply but I'll try to get back to you as soon as possible.
